Soups

I love soup.  Like, LOVE soup.  Hopefully I like it after being forced to eat too much of it during recovery.  Most of the soups included in these recipes will concentrate on smoother/blended soups instead of anything with big chunks to chew.  There's a few chunky recipes in there, which I guess you can look forward to having as you get cleared for soft chew and/or can handle chewing more and more.  After my first surgery I lived off of pho broth.  Luckily I live in the Bay Area and there is a pho place on every street corner, but if you need a good bone broth to make, check out the authentic pho recipe.  Broth tastes JUST like the restaurants!

Spring Asparagus and Broccoli soup

Kobacha Squash soup

Green soup (this one tastes much better than it sounds, and is REALLY healthy!)

Pea Pesto Arugula soup

Winter Squash soup

Butternut Leek Bisque

Carrot Yam Ginger soup

Roasted Red Pepper and Eggplant soup

Authentic Pho

Pressure Cooker Bone Broth

Butternut Squash Bisque

Creamy Asparagus Soup

Curried Squash Soup

Potato Leek And Mushroom Soup

Mexican Pasole Soup

Spicy Ramen With Tofu (this is good even just for the broth!)

Best Ever Mushroom Soup
